Your day to day • You will provide excellent service to guests, always ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable experience. • You will work collaboratively with the Food & Beverage team to support the smooth day-to-day operation of the outlet. • You will maintain high standards of presentation, service quality and cleanliness, ensuring brand standards are consistently met. • You will follow company policies, health & safety requirements and operational procedures, while supporting colleagues and the wider Food & Beverage team as required. As part of our wider Food & Beverage team, colleagues may also have the opportunity to support other outlets and events across the Sheraton Grand London Park Lane.
