Software Engineering Associate Advisor - HIH - Evernorth

The Software Engineering Associate Advisor in PSO will be responsible for leading the Production Support Operations team supporting CRD platforms such as OnePA and ATK. This role requires deep understanding of US healthcare, Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM), prior authorization processes, and Pega-based enterprise applications. The candidate will provide hands-on technical and functional leadership, drive incident resolution, strengthen operational stability, and act as a subject matter expert for PSO and other CRD teams in Hyderabad.
