Manages all aspects of the Connectors & Fittings (C&F) global product line in the AMS region, from driving new product development to manufacturing to marketing and sales. Runs the portfolio as a “mini” GM. Responsible for overall product strategy, business leadership, and capacity plans to meet sales and gross margin targets. Defines build, borrow, buy strategy for product line gaps. What your background should look like:

Job Specific Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Proficient - Communication-ability to simplify and effectively communicate complex concepts - Understand, analyze, and articulate market needs and opportunities  - Influence/Cross functional team leadership  -Develop Go-To-Market Plans  - Passion/Energy/Perseverance  - Pricing policy development and administration  - Proficiency with MS Office suite of tools  - Comfort with IT systems (SAP, SFDC, etc) to manage assignment    Experience: -3+ years of product management or sales experience -MBA preferred -Relevant product or industry experience in utility connectors and fittings desired   Education : -4-year technical or business degree required -Advanced degree (MBA) or relevant P&L management experience preferred Competencies
