You'll be the programming expert that clinical project teams rely on. The person who takes complex, messy clinical data and turns it into clear, submission-ready outputs that regulators trust. You'll design and implement technical solutions that directly influence whether a medicine moves forward — or doesn't. That means working with CDISC standards, ADaM specifications, SAS programming, and electronic submissions — things you already know inside and out. But it also means something bigger: your technical decisions will have a direct line to patient outcomes. You won't be working in a silo either. You'll be embedded in cross-functional teams, partnering with statisticians, data managers, clinical scientists, and external vendors — building relationships across Bristol Myers Squibb's Global Biometrics & Data Sciences (GBDS) organisation and beyond.
