The electrification team in Caterpillar R&D center is part of Caterpillar global electrification team and responsible for e-powertrain system architecture development, system integration, battery design, motor and power electronics components design and charging solution development.

The job will be related with following but not limited to •    This position will work on battery pack, motor and power electronics components design and development used on Caterpillar electrification solutions. 该职位主要负责卡特彼勒电动化解决方案所需的电池，电机和电子电子产品的设计和开发 •    Work with system engineer and machine technical lead to define system and component requirements 与整车技术负责人和系统工程师一起定义系统和零部件的的功能需求 •    Specification development, concept design and concept selection,  定义产品的详细技术需求，完成概念设计和概念选择 •    Complete mechanical and electrical system or components detail design and prototype part build 完成机械和电气系统或者零部件的详细设计和样件试制 •    Develop lab testing and on machine validation plan 制定实验室测试和车上测试验证计划 •    Technical documentation development, drawing release 图纸发布和技术文件归档 •    NPI issue resolutions 开发过程中问题的解决 Job Requirements: •    2027 Master or Bachelor graduate, majoring in Power Electronics/Electrical /Control/Mechatronics engineering or other equivalent ones 2027届硕士或者本科，电力电子, 电气工程，控制工程，机械电子，或相关专业 •    Familiar with Lithium Battery, Electric Motor or Power Electronics products design, have project experience in relative product mechanical or electrical system design 熟悉动力锂电池，电机或者电力电子产品设计，有相关产品的机械或者电气系统设计项目经验 •    Skilled at using test equipment, strong technical issue fix capability 熟练使用常用的测试设备，有较强的问题分析和解决能力 •    Ability to effectively communicate in English in work environment, CET-6 preferred  良好的英语沟通能力，CET-6优先 •    Good communication and project management skills 有较好的沟通能力和项目管理能力 •    Strong initiative, communication, interpersonal, teamwork, problem solving and quick learning skills 积极主动，良好的沟通，团队合作和快速学习能力   职位2：新能源动力系统集成工程师 地点：无锡/青岛 This position will work in Caterpillar China R&D Center Electrification & Energy Solutions China team
