Finance Manager, AWS Identity and Cloud Governance Finance

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Finance Manager to be a key member of the AWS Identity & Cloud Governance Finance team. This role will own end-to-end finance support including P&L management and planning, and drive strategic new feature launches and process improvements across the organization. The successful candidate will be able to communicate effectively, manage multiple and time-sensitive deliverables across a highly matrixed organization, along with managing risks and opportunities. The individual will also possess strong business partnership skills and collaborate effectively with key stakeholders. Key job responsibilities - Take the lead in financial planning; build complex financial models and analytical tools to measure overall financial performance - Owning the services end to end of revenue creation, and influence business decisions that drive pipeline creation and realization - Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements including automation and coordination with upstream and downstream organizations - Partner with finance, business, and sales teams across AWS to standardize, streamline, and prioritize improvements, remove roadblocks, and increase the reliability and efficiency of reporting.
