Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end monthly payroll activities, including collating and validating inputs, outputs, and statutory reporting; - Drive process improvements and system implementations to enhance payroll efficiency and accuracy; - Ensure compliance with payroll and benefits processes in line with new policies or regulatory changes; - Prepare payroll reports and analysis, supporting finance in audits (internal/external); - Oversee payroll vendors, ensuring strict adherence to contracts and SLAs; - Liaise with authorities (e.g., social security, tax) to ensure compliance; - Collaborate with HR business partners and HR operations to improve employee experience.
