POSITION TITLE: Instructor Analyst WORK SETUP: Return to Office

OVERALL PURPOSE: Delivers all required training programs that may include end to end new hire training (Pre-Process, Voice and Client-Specific process training), continuous education, company background and industry policies.

RESPONSIBILITIES: • Propose continuous improvements in communications coaching and new hire training processes • Mentor other employees to provide communication coaching support • Attend quality calibration calls and provide recommendations • Provide communication coaching and training support to other businesses
