At Collins Aerospace - Aerostructures, we're offering an exceptional opportunity to join our Asset Management Program (AMP) team—a dynamic and critical role where you’ll play a pivotal part in keeping airlines flying and ensuring operational excellence for our customers worldwide. Requirements of this role: Ability to travel internationally to conduct annual inventory audits at our MROs (China, Singapore, Prestwick, Toulouse, Dubai, Alabama). AMP team alternates who goes where/when. Requires person be available to support after-hours/weekend/holidays (on call rotation with AMP team). Position works in a primarily onsite capacity.
What You Will Do
Be the face of AMP: Act as the vital link between Aerostructures and our customers, ensuring asset availability, providing quotes and managing the lease & exchanges process for major rotable components You’ll be the go to person for airlines, Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO) facilities and Licensing partners for all Aerostructures OE aircraft/engine configurations, including high pressure AOG (Airplane On Ground) situations Collaborate with the Best: Work closely with Aftermarket Technical Services, MRO facilities and functional groups such as Licensing, Majors, Finance, and Distribution Centers to deliver exceptional and seamless solutions Drive Operational Excellence: Coordinate with internal support teams to collect and update critical data in Salesforce, supporting the success of our Asset Management Program Solve Complex Challenges: Put your critical thinking to the test as you identify and implement solutions to business problems, with guidance and established best practices Strengthen Your Expertise: Hone your skills in SAP, problem-solving, and decision-making as you grow into a trusted decision-maker for routine challenges Showcase Your Knowledge: Share your insights and contribute to the team’s success by creating and delivering impactful presentations to your peers and leadership Thrive in a dynamic role, including on-call support during nights and weekends, where your responsiveness and dedication make a critical impact Ability to travel internationally to conduct annual inventory audits at our MROs (China, Singapore, Prestwick, Toulouse, Dubai, Alabama). Qualifications
You Must Have : Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience Experience in planning, coordinating, and documenting complex projects, including tracking schedules, resource allocation, capacity, and
