Job Description
About the Position We are seeking a dynamic and experienced FP&A Associate Manager to join our team in Turkey. In this role, you will play a critical role in driving financial planning and analysis activities for our operations in Turkey, contributing to strategic decision-making and business performance improvement.
Responsibilities
Drive financial planning and analysis function for the Turkey business unit, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling. Partner closely with business leaders and functional heads to provide insights and recommendations on financial performance, highlighting risks and opportunities. Drive the annual budgeting process, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and strategic priorities. Develop robust financial forecasts and variance analysis to support decision-making and performance tracking. Oversee the preparation of management reporting packages, highlighting key financial metrics, trends, and areas for improvement. Collaborate with the regional FP&A team to align strategies, share best practices, and drive consistency in financial processes. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the FP&A function, optimizing processes, tools, and methodologies. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and economic factors to assess potential impacts on financial performance. Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives as required by senior management or corporate stakeholders.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. Min 4 years in financial planning and analysis roles within the FMCG or related industry, with a track record of delivering results. Strong understanding of financial principles, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights. Effective communication and influencing skills, with the ability to interact confidently with senior leaders and cross-functional teams. Proficiency in financial software and tools, including ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and financial modeling software. Strategic mindset with a focus on driving business performance and value creation. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. Fluency in English and Turkish, both written and verbal.
