The Technology & Portfolio Manager - Pressure Sensors (m/f/d) is responsible for defining and executing the long-term technology, product platform, and portfolio strategy for pressure sensor product lines across multiple market segments. This role serves as the technical steward of the portfolio, aligning customer needs, market trends, and emerging technologies to drive sustainable growth, competitive differentiation, and platform scalability. You will collaborate across Product Management, Systems Architecture, Engineering, and Operations to develop and execute a multi-year technology roadmap that supports strategic growth initiatives, accelerates innovation, and enables early engagement in key customer applications. Technology Strategy & Roadmap Development

Develop and maintain the long-term technology and platform roadmap for pressure sensor product lines, ensuring alignment with business objectives, market opportunities, and customer requirements Collaborate with Product Management, Systems Architects, Engineering, and Operations to identify, prioritize, and translate market and application needs into actionable technology strategies Lead the definition and execution of advanced development initiatives that support future product and platform capabilities Identify technology trends, emerging opportunities, and competitive threats to establish and sustain market leadership Develop compelling technical value propositions and differentiated technology strategies to drive competitive advantage

Portfolio Lifecycle Management

Drive portfolio growth through strategic platform development, product standardization, and the creation of scalable technology solutions across market verticals Evaluate portfolio effectiveness and recommend technology investments, product enhancements, lifecycle actions, and footprint optimization opportunities Lead value engineering initiatives to improve cost competitiveness, product performance, and operational efficiency Ensure ongoing portfolio relevance through technology refreshes, platform evolution, and strategic investment planning Champion and coordinate cross-functional technology initiatives that support long-term business growth and profitability
