The F100 Fleet Readiness Strategy Associate Director will lead a team responsible for driving strategic direction, managing project implementation, overseeing business operations related to program data and financial management, and advancing fleet recovery initiatives as part of the F100 Strategy & Integration Team. This role requires a proactive, results-driven leader who can effectively bring teams together, identify and diagnose challenges, and develop innovative, timely solutions. As a key member of the Strategy & Integration Leadership Team, the successful candidate must demonstrate exceptional leadership, collaboration, analytical management, customer relationship management, and communication skills. The role involves frequent engagement with senior executives to provide clear, concise updates on key strategic initiatives, program performance, and execution progress.
What You Will Do
Own the development and execution of a comprehensive strategic plan for F100 Fleet Recovery, integrating the cross-functional teams (CIPTs, Quality, Module Centers, Production Chiefs, Business Operations, and other stakeholders) needed to execute fleet recovery projects Provide program priorities and strategic direction to cross-functional teams responsible for executing fleet recovery and overdue reduction initiatives Supervise a team of business operations managers, project managers and analysts on the Strategy and Integration Team. Own responsibility for compliance to P&W/RTX RLPM process Interface with finance on business cases, EACs, and development and execution of budgets (EAPS/PPS) Leverage Risk and Opportunity management to adjust program budgets / priorities to ensure resources are allocated efficiently to the right initiatives Support Project Managers and analysts in generating executive level presentations Manage the P&W critical part producibility and capacity expansion action tracking and customer report out process Brief senior leadership on progress, key risks, and mitigation plans, and drive necessary escalations as needed Anticipate future resource needs and help drive resource alignment to support long-term fleet readiness goals Qualifications You Must Have BS/BA degree 12 years of manufacturing, analytical and customer management or business process or an Advanced degree with 10 years of manufacturing, analytical and customer management or business process experience Familiar with the technical / sustainment field support processes, maintenance, overhaul and repair practices, pursuits, and have some experience with finance and Earned Value Systems Project and/or Program Management experience The individual must utilize strong organizational, teaming, interpersonal and communication skills in relating directly with the U.S. and international customers Must be a U.S. Citizen.
