What will you do as a Warehouse and Logistics Manager at Sealed Air?
As Warehouse & Logistics Manager, you will lead the end-to-end warehouse, transportation, and logistics operations for our Ciudad Juárez manufacturing facility, ensuring uninterrupted support to production and exceptional customer service. You will oversee both internal warehouse operations and third-party logistics activities, leading a team of approximately 30 associates while managing a highly dynamic operation that supports just-in-time customer requirements. This role will own the site's logistics strategy, focusing on optimizing transportation, warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics costs through strong analytical capabilities, strategic carrier management, and continuous improvement initiatives. As a key member of the plant leadership team, you will partner closely with Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, Planning, Customer Service, and Customs to improve operational performance, strengthen cost controls, and deliver world-class logistics execution. Why do we need you?
Lead the end-to-end warehouse, transportation, and logistics operations to ensure uninterrupted production support and on-time customer deliveries. Drive logistics transformation initiatives that improve operational efficiency, reduce freight and warehousing costs, and optimize resource utilization. Develop strategic relationships with carriers and third-party logistics providers, negotiating service agreements and implementing operational improvements that generate measurable business impact. Ensure inventory accuracy, material availability, warehouse productivity, and transportation performance through operational discipline and KPI management. Partner with Finance to improve logistics cost visibility, freight validation, billing accuracy, and overall financial controls. Collaborate closely with Customs/IMMEX, Planning, Operations, and Customer Service to ensure seamless execution across the supply chain. Build and develop a high-performing team by fostering a culture of accountability, safety, continuous improvement, and operational
