As a Sales Administration Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting commercial operations by analyzing sales performance, optimizing channel effectiveness, and providing actionable insights that drive business growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate sales data into recommendations, improve processes, and support the successful execution of commercial strategies.
Your ‘day to day’
• Analyze sales and distribution performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support decision-making.
• Support channel and commercial strategy initiatives to improve effectiveness, profitability, and ROI.
• Monitor key performance indicators and provide insights to optimize business performance.
• Collaborate with Sales, Commercial, Finance, and other stakeholders to drive strategic projects and process improvements.
• Ensure accurate sales administration, reporting, and execution of commercial policies and procedures.
• Contribute to forecasting, planning, and operational projects that support business objectives.
Who we’re looking for
• • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, Sales Administration, Business Analytics, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
• Ability to communicate insights clearly and influence stakeholders through data-driven recommendations.
• Strong collaboration, planning, and project management skills.
