Summary: IDEAYA is seeking a Vice President, Investor Relations & Corporate Communications to join the team. The Vice President, Investor Relations & Corporate Communications will establish and lead an integrated Investor Relations and Corporate Communications organization during a pivotal stage in IDEAYA's growth towards becoming a commercial stage company. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer and serving as a trusted advisor to the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Leadership Team, this individual will have responsibility for establishing IDEAYA’s IR and corporate communications strategy, capabilities and infrastructure to ensure consistency of messaging with key objectives and purpose while strengthening its reputation with internal and external stakeholders and the broader biotechnology community. This is a foundational leadership opportunity for an executive who enjoys building organizations. Initially, the Vice President will be a hands-on leader responsible for both strategy and execution—shaping the Company's external narrative, leading investor engagement, designing internal and external corporate communications, preparing executive messaging, and supporting key corporate milestones.
