Maintenance Supervisor

A Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing maintenance operations, ensuring equipment, facilities, and systems are maintained safely, efficiently, and cost-effectively. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate maintenance technicians and contractors. Plan, schedule, and assign preventive and corrective maintenance work. Ensure machinery, equipment, and facilities operate reliably. Monitor maintenance crews, inventory, and spare parts. Enforce safety regulations, policies, and compliance requirements. Troubleshoot complex maintenance issues and support repairs. Maintain maintenance records, work orders, and reports. Train, coach, and evaluate maintenance staff.
