This role works across business units, functions, and leadership teams to align priorities and assumptions, frame choices, and improve the quality and speed of decision-making. Serve as a strategic finance advisor to senior leaders and translate business strategy and leader intent into financial priorities, operating metrics, decision frameworks, governance, and execution cadence. Shape resource-allocation, portfolio, investment, cost, and performance decisions through scenario planning, business cases, sensitivity analysis, and clear articulation of tradeoffs. Build trusted relationships across business units and functions, create alignment around shared priorities, and resolve conflicting assumptions, dependencies, and decision criteria. Define and model a stakeholder-service approach that balances responsiveness, standardization, self-service, financial discipline, and strategic value, and establish clear expectations and measures of service effectiveness. Design, build, and continuously evolve end-to-end FP&A processes for annual planning, rolling forecasts, long-range planning, performance reviews, headcount, capital, resource allocation, and other finance mechanisms, as applicable.
