Labcorp is seeking a Investigator Support Coordinator I – Quality Events (QE) to join our team at Brigade Twin Towers, 7th Floor, Apex Block, Bangalore, Karnataka. Work Schedule Rotational shift - AM (5:30 AM-2:30 PM)/GS (10 AM-7 PM)/PM (2 PM-11 PM) IST home/office based. Night shift – Home based. 5 days of working (Monday to Friday) Job Responsibilities Prioritize patient safety in all daily activities and promptly escalate patient safety concerns in accordance with established procedures. Follow applicable departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions, and Quality Management System requirements. Review, track, and resolve queries and issues within defined timelines. Complete required training within established timelines and maintain training records. Support end-to-end management of Quality Events (QEs), including triage, investigation, documentation, stakeholder coordination, and closure. Maintain accurate and compliant quality, project, and technical documentation. Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance of work performed. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business processes and support effective Quality Event investigation and resolution. Coordinate with stakeholders to identify root causes, implement corrective actions, and drive timely QE closure. Escalate quality concerns, risks, delays, and unresolved issues as appropriate. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, compliance, and operational efficiency. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in science.
Preferred Qualifications
1 year and more experience in quality operations, laboratory operations, customer support, or healthcare-related functions. 1 year of experience in a QC role Master’s degree in science.
