Develop and implement alliance strategies that align with organizational goals and strengthen market positioning.

Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships with external organizations to drive business growth.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, marketing, legal, operations) to ensure the effective execution of alliance initiatives.

Monitor and evaluate partnership performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimize outcomes and long-term value.

Lead, mentor, and guide the alliance management team to ensure high performance and professional development.

Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key partners and stakeholders, serving as a primary point of escalation when needed.

Stay informed on industry trends, competitor strategies, and market dynamics to identify new partnership opportunities and strengthen the alliance portfolio.
