Support the development and implementation of product initiatives and business strategies Coordinate projects and programs across multiple departments to ensure successful execution Analyze product, market, competitor, financial, and risk management data to identify insights and opportunities Measure results, communicate findings, and provide recommendations to leadership Assist with process improvements and organizational change initiatives Partner with cross-functional teams to support product, pricing, and risk management strategies Monitor initiative performance and help ensure successful implementation and execution Create presentations and reports that help communicate business results and recommendations What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint Familiarity with Power BI and an interest in working with data and reporting tools Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to read, interpret, and act on information and business insights Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn Comfortable asking questions and collaborating with others Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment Preferred Qualifications Product Management experience or exposure Experience working in a virtual or remote environment Background in the automotive industry Sales experience or customer-facing business experience Why Join Our Team?
