" Responsibilities:-   Please find a JD below:   · Perform “As-Is” and Fit/Gap analyses to map   Salesforce offerings and capabilities to the client business needs.   · Work closely with technical architects to act   as the bridge between the business team and developer team.   · Present and lead sessions and requirement   workshops, based on Waterfall or Agile Delivery Methods.   · Has sufficient knowledge of the Salesforce   platform to make design decisions & propose solutions for   requirements based on industry & technology best   practices. Must be able to perform Salesforce configuration tasks.   · Understands and designs integrations of   Salesforce with other systems in the landscape.   · Define test cases and lead functional testing   to confirm that the solution performs as per the business requirements.   · Ability to create reports and dashboards to   visualise   system data.   · Good understanding of the Salesforce data   model and the ability to support data migration activities.   · Coordinate releases and post Go-Live materials   (e.g. training documentation, training sessions   etc ).   · Salesforce Certified Administrator   certification is a must. Other consultant level certifications are a bonus.   · Experience in at least one modelling and   diagrammatic tool like Microsoft Visio or Lucid chart.   · Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and   development support tools like Jira/Trello/Azure DevOps.   · Good communication and interpersonal skills.   Mandatory skill sets:   Salesfor ce BA   Preferred skill sets:   Salesforce BA   Years of experience required:   4   to   8   years   Education qualification:   BE,   Btech   Education (if blank, degree
