Job Description
Summary As Enabling Infrastructure Project Control Manager for a new Military Program, you will report to the Enabling Infrastructure & Processes Advanced Program Manager and you will be responsible for planning, cost tracking and reporting for the enabling activities related to the new military program, in coordination with all the involved functions.

Essential Responsibilities Within the Enabling Infrastructure & Processes workstream Coordinate milestone governance activities for his/her area of competence, ensuring cross-functional alignment and timely identifications of issues. Integrated planning management, liaising with the IMS manager (Integrated Master Schedule) and functional planners to maintain consistency of planning assumptions and provide visibility of critical paths and schedule risks. Coordinate capital investment planning and tracking activities, monitoring alignment between approved investments, spending profiles, and Program requirements. Lead the preparation of workstream operating cadences. Responsible for Program Control Board preparation for his/her area of competence Work in close coordination with the Advanced Program Manager to execute financial forecasting processes (QMI, Budget, Forecasts, etc.) Collaborate with the Program Risk Manager contributing to risks and opportunities identification, action planning, and status monitoring Support the Commercial team during preparation of the Price Investigation with MoD for his/her area of competence, providing schedule, cost, and program performance inputs as required Support Program/Gate internal reviews and Customer meetings Qualifications/Requirements Master’s degree in engineering Proven experience in project planning, control, and financial metrics management Ability to quickly respond to and manage project changes Solid process discipline with good analytical and problem-solving skills Proactive and data-driven mindset Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills Fluent spoken and written English Availability to travel as required to support the business Eligibility to obtain security clearance from the Italian National Security Authority (security concerns that may lead to ineligibility are listed in Art. 37 of DPCM 6 November 2015, No. 5) Valid work authorization, in accordance with local regulations, is required Work Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required. Desired Characteristics Good knowledge of Aerospace industry and understanding of the Defense environment.
