Summary The CISO, Infrastructure and Cloud Services organization enables Pfizer’s mission by delivering secure, resilient, and scalable technology platforms that support operations and future growth. Through a unified operating model, it strengthens accountability, accelerates decision‑making, and improves availability, security, and cost efficiency.   The CISO Marketing Manager will support the Senior Manager, Marketing and Enterprise Awareness to develop meaningful marketing materials that tell the CISO story to external clients by executing strategic, creative, and visually compelling communications including presentations, graphics, pictures, charts and tables that support cybersecurity awareness, organizational priorities, and business outcomes. The manager will lead the creation of a marketing strategy for the Chief Information Security Office Team.

Role

Responsibilities Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing and communications strategies in support of CISO priorities, strategic initiatives, and portfolio management objectives. Produce high-quality written, visual, and digital content that strengthens awareness, engagement, and understanding of cybersecurity programs across the organization. Create and manage internal communications, including newsletters, leadership messages, campaign materials, SharePoint content, presentations, infographics, and other digital assets. Simplify complex cybersecurity and technical information into clear, engaging, and actionable content for diverse audiences, including executives, business partners, and internal colleagues. Partner closely with cross-functional teams across Cyber Defense, Infrastructure, Cloud, and related Digital and Technology groups to ensure consistent, coordinated, and impactful messaging. Develop executive-ready presentations and visual storytelling materials that effectively communicate priorities, progress, insights, and outcomes. Support cybersecurity awareness campaigns, organizational announcements, and strategic communications efforts from concept through execution. Use creative tools such as Canva, Microsoft PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop, Excel, and other platforms to design polished, brand-aligned communications materials. Contribute to video, multimedia, and digital storytelling efforts that improve communication reach and colleague engagement. Maintain strong adherence to Pfizer Digital and Technology and CISO brand standards across all communications, visuals, and marketing deliverables.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in English, Marketing, Communication, or Graphic Design preferred with at least 4 years of experience; OR a master's degree with at least 2 years of experience; OR a PhD with 0+ years of experience; OR as associate's degree with 8 years of experience; OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 10 years of   relevant experience. Ability to develop enterprise-wide communication plans from start to finish Experience creating executive level presentations Previous experience working in technology, information security, infrastructure , cybersecurity (Preferred) Experience using programs such as Canva, Microsoft PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop, Excel Aptitude for quick, creative thinking Acute attention to detail with emphasis on quality Strong time management skills Excellent written communication skills Excellent cross group collaborations skills Excellent public speaker Strong people management experience with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop team members to achieve business objectives.
