Responsible for providing architectural guidance, calculations, analysis, studies and recommendations for a specialized segment of the Architectural Discipline within the schedules and budget of an assigned project. May manage various size groups of architects, designers and/or specialists. May work on modest size projects and/or assist Project Architectural or Engineering Managers with higher grades. Utilise advanced architectural software and tools, such as REVIT and AutoCAD, to create detailed design documentation and 3D visualisations.

Master’s / bachelor’s degree in architecture recognized by the Board of Architects preferred . Min 7 to 12 years of experience in Architectural projects, Singapore, Australia, Middle East/US/UK experience would be desirable. Being registered with the Board of Architects will be an advantage. Advanced proficiency in REVIT, AutoCAD, and other architectural design and documentation tools. Experience in leading the end-to-end large-scale projects, including conceptual design, design development, facilitating, communicating, and technical coordination with client side and design consultant team. Good communication and presentation skills. Able to speak and write English fluently..
