Job Overview
The Account Manager is responsible for driving sales of the company’s products, systems, and services while building and maintaining strong customer relationships within an assigned territory, industry, or account base. This role manages the commercial relationship with regional and global industrial key customers and serves as the single point of contact. The Account Manager owns end‑to‑end account management, including revenue growth, account penetration, and customer satisfaction, supported by structured account planning, relationship development, and coordination of promotional and project‑related activities. Close collaboration with cross‑functional internal teams is essential to ensure effective execution, compliance, and successful delivery for customers. Job Requirements
Relationship Management & Demand Generation
Build and maintain trusted, long‑term customer relationships Maintain regular customer contact (on‑site visits, calls, email) Promote the company’s technologies, value propositions, and product portfolio Identify customer needs and introduce relevant products and services Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities Coordinate internally to ensure timely support on quotations, quality issues, logistics, and technical matters Drive internal alignment to meet customer expectations on quality and responsiveness Proactively follow up on open actions and opportunities
Strategic Account Planning
Analyze customer data and market insights Develop and execute account strategies aligned with business unit goals Monitor market, competitive, and technology trends to inform action plans
Commercial & Operational Execution
Prepare and negotiate quotations, pricing, and contracts Manage active opportunities and customer projects Oversee financial follow‑up (payments, receivables, credit considerations) Maintain accurate internal reporting on projects and commercial activity Stay current on products, technologies, and market developments Perform additional duties as required

Qualifications & Experience
