The Kraft Heinz Global Strategy team is embarking on our next, exciting chapter, and we are seeking a Senior Manager of Strategy to help drive our enterprise growth agenda. This role combines rigorous analytical horsepower with strategic thinking, driving key workstreams within the One & Three-Year Growth Plan and the in-year strategy prioritization process. It is a high-visibility analytical position that pairs a strong command of financial and economic analysis with sound business judgment. What’s on the menu? Strategic Planning: Drive the development and execution of key workstreams within Kraft Heinz's long-term growth plans, helping align resources and people against enterprise strategic priorities Strategy to Action: Own components of the Strategy-to-Action workflow, translating annual strategic plans into concrete actions, owners, and milestones that drive collaboration and accountability Executive Dashboard: Build and publish the monthly executive dashboard that democratizes leading and lagging KPIs laddering up to the most critical OKRs from the annual strategic plan Economic & Financial Analysis: Perform a wide range of economic analyses — including competitive trends, pricing, cash flow, product line evaluation, and capital additions — and appraise their financial effect on the company Market Analysis and Insights: Monitor and analyze market trends, industry developments, external economic factors (e.g., effects of government legislation), and competitive activities to identify opportunities, threats, and emerging risks Forecasting & Planning: Support long-range budgets, projective guidelines, and long-term profit or loss forecasts to facilitate management review of capital appropriations, expansion strategies, and product line changes Prioritization and Resource Allocation: Help lead the in-year prioritization process, including quarterly planning exercises to align in-year spend with stated priorities and direct resources to the most critical actions Investment Evaluation: Evaluate investment frameworks and significant investment decisions, and provide recommendations to leadership Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders across Business Units, Functions, and Global teams to integrate inputs and ensure coherence in the strategic planning process Stakeholder Communication: Prepare strategic plans, updates, and presentation materials for senior leaders and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment Special Projects: Drive special projects on a variety of topics, such as market assessments, economic evaluation of divestitures or acquisitions, new business opportunities, and the financial effectiveness of internal operations Recipe for Success – apply now if this sounds like you! 6+ years of experience in strategy, management consulting, corporate finance, or a related analytical field Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop actionable insights Thorough knowledge of accounting and finance concepts combined with strong business sense Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders, stakeholders, and team members
