We are currently seeking to hire into our Business Transformation Customer Team at Senior Consultant.   Your Key Responsibilities:

Lead strategic business transformation initiatives across Financial Services, focusing on customer strategy, operating model design, digital enablement, customer experience, lean process improvement, and organisational design. Drive innovation through emerging technologies and AI , leveraging data-driven insights and AI-powered solutions to optimise processes and enhance customer experience. Partner with clients to shape business objectives , analyse pain points, and translate them into actionable strategies and functional requirements. Facilitate workshops and interviews to capture process flows and user stories. Solve complex business challenges using design thinking , combining logical reasoning and creative approaches to deliver impactful solutions. Manage stakeholders and build trusted relationships , collaborating across multi-disciplinary teams to ensure alignment and achieve project objectives. Deliver actionable insights through data visualisation and technology implementation , enabling informed decision-making and measurable outcomes. Communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively , both verbally and in writing, to influence senior stakeholders. Organise and prioritise effectively , ensuring high-quality deliverables within tight deadlines.

Skills and Attributes for Success   To qualify for the role, you must have:

Degree-qualified professional with proven experience in business transformation; prior involvement in large-scale change programmes is highly desirable Minimum 3 years’ track record in
