We’re looking for a strategic, data-driven Finance Manager to serve as the dedicated Finance Business Partner for Blis USA within our T-Ads organization. This is a hands-on individual contributor role owning full P&L management for Blis USA, including Budgeting, Forecasting, Long Range Planning, and Month End Close. The role will be central to commercial decision-making, revenue forecasting, and trade deal support for the Blis USA business. This role will partner closely with Blis USA P&L leaders and Commercial Teams to develop financial insights, build revenue models, and support trade deal activity. The ideal candidate blends strong FP&A experience with commercial acumen and the ability to engage directly with Sales, Operations, and executive stakeholders in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Key Responsibilities
Own full P&L management for Blis USA including Budgeting, Forecasting, Long Range Planning, Month End Close, and all associated reporting requirements. Build and own the Blis USA Revenue Model, tracking Bookings, Pipeline, Delivery, Lines of Business, Product Adoption, and Take Rates to accurately predict Revenue. Partner with Commercial Teams to fully support the Trade Deal process, including building client profitability models, joining client calls, proposing optimal deal structures, and reviewing deal terms. Track and analyze KPIs to keep P&L leaders informed on Take Rates, LoB Distribution, Media Mix, Customer Trends, Churn / Retention / New Business, Product Adoption, and Seller performance. Develop and deliver monthly reporting, Quarterly Business Reviews, and regular KPI insights for P&L leaders and senior stakeholders. Take ownership of Blis USA rate cards and commercial approvals; lead pricing, revenue, and market expansion initiatives for relevant products and geographies. Partner with P&L Owners and Sales Leads to develop data-driven Quotas and support commission, SPIFF, and incentive compensation calculations. Operationalize deal terms with Accounting and RevOps to ensure accurate revenue recognition and reporting. Align with the T-Ads consolidation FP&A Team on corporate deliverable inputs including R&O management, Forecast, Budgets and LRP’s. Additional analysis as required for internal FP&A deliverables Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA a plus. 7+ years of experience with 3+ years in financial planning & analysis (FP&A), preferably supporting Advertising, Media, or Technology organizations. Experience with revenue modeling, bookings/pipeline tracking, and commercial finance in an Advertising or Media business. Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with ERP and planning tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle). Experience supporting Trade Deal processes, pricing frameworks, or incentive compensation structures. Strong communication skills; able to translate data-heavy insights into executive-ready narratives. Proven cross-functional collaborator in fast-paced, dynamic environments . The Successful Candidate Will Possess the Following Traits Comfortable building structure from scratch and creating clarity out of chaos. Can operate at both the strategic “what should we measure?” level and the technical “how do we build it?” level. Commercially minded — comfortable engaging directly with Sales and Commercial teams on deal economics, pricing, and revenue strategy. Confident business partner who can influence without authority and drive alignment across teams.
