The Opportunity We are currently seeking talented individuals with a grounding in the Treasury & Finance field, who are able to use their professional skills and experience to deliver on advisory engagements across different industries, to strengthen our Financial Accounting Advisory (FAAS) team.   Your Key Responsibilities

Advising clients on the implementation of treasury and risk management strategies, including specific treasury-related domains of the CFO’s daily agenda.   Doing project-based work in a team to advise clients on topics such as cash & liquidity management, optimizing treasury processes and controls, implementing treasury technology and developing operating models.  Building comprehensive assessments and analysis to support your advice provided to clients. Stay abreast of market dynamics and industry trends to provide informed advice to large corporate clients and financial institutions.  Combining various skills, both quantitative and qualitative, including executive presentation, financial modelling, storytelling, writing skills, project management and working with various cultures and backgrounds.

Skills and attributes for success To qualify for the role, you should have

A strong academic background with a bachelor's and/or master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Management Science & Technology, or a related field. Several years of working experience ideally in roles focused in Treasury within a well-established company or a consulting firm. Experience in treasury-oriented processes such as cash management, risk management and monitoring financial exposures to contribute to strategic financial decision-making. Strong analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills Possesses strong technical skills, can efficiently handle large datasets, and adapts quickly to learning new reporting platforms. Skilled at juggling multiple priorities under tight deadlines while ensuring deliverables remain high-quality; oversees project milestones and assigns tasks to team members; provides guidance and mentorship by offering prompt and constructive feedback. Ability to confidently present and clarify complex information, both spoken and written, in Greek and English.

Hands-on experience with business intelligence technologies such as SQL, RPAs, Power BI  Experience working with treasury management systems( TMS) either as a user or an implementor Professional accountancy or treasury qualification or working towards gaining one .
