We are seeking a Sales Administrator to support our growing customer base. Position Profile The Sales Administrator ensures a smooth running sales department and contributes to driving sales growth. This position undertakes multiple administrative tasks related to the needs of the sales team. Responsibilities
Develop and maintain quotes and quoting system for new equipment orders Order processing including specifications, confirmations and invoicing Manage phone calls and correspondence with customers regarding new equipment orders (email, letters, packages, etc.) Create and update contacts in CRM Create and update excel spreadsheets regarding orders Track stock of office and warehouse supplies, and place orders when necessary Demo scheduling, preparation, coordination and customer communications Assist all colleagues as necessary Customer Service- answering phones, and letting guests in the front door Occasional travel for trade shows Any additional professional requirements requested by Sikora management
Requirements
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities Organizational and leadership skills Solid understanding of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel. Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization Associates degree Business or related field or applicable experience
