This role requires exceptional executive presence, the ability to navigate multi-stakeholder environments, and a deep understanding of cloud transformation at enterprise scale. Responsibilities
Lead enterprise implementation projects involving multiple workstreams, geographies, and third-party partners. Develop, present, and maintain detailed enterprise-level program plans, roadmaps, financials, and executive dashboards. Facilitate executive steering committees, ensuring transparent communication of status, risks, issues, and financial performance. Anticipate and manage interdependencies across technical, operational, and business teams to ensure project success. Negotiate and manage scope changes with executive sponsors, ensuring proper documentation, financial impact analysis, and change order processing. Ensure strict compliance with regulatory, contractual, and industry requirements (e.g., HIPAA, SOC2, SOX) in delivery. Codify lessons learned and contribute to the PMO’s strategic evolution, influencing delivery frameworks, methodologies, and organizational best practices. Act as a trusted advisor to clients and represent Mission Cloud/CDW in strategic forums, demonstrating credibility as a thought leader in enterprise delivery.
Required Qualifications

Proven success in delivering complex technology/cloud transformations for publicly traded companies or highly regulated industries (healthcare, financial services, government, etc.). Strong executive stakeholder management experience, with the ability to build trusted advisor relationships at the C-suite level. Advanced financial acumen, including governance of budgets, profitability analysis, and long-range forecasting. Expertise in multiple methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid) and portfolio/program governance frameworks. Certifications: PMP, PgMP, or equivalent required; Agile/Scrum certifications strongly preferred. Strong familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and enterprise technology environments. Strong track record in risk management, contract oversight, and large-scale change control. Experience managing multiple concurrent enterprise accounts or programs.
