What your background should look like
Coordinate and implement organizational changes, individual personnel actions, and disciplinary measures. Collaborate closely with the Centers of Excellence for Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and Talent Development, as well as Business Unit HR and Shared Services Centers. Execute HR processes within the assigned client group, including Performance Management, Development Planning, Compensation Planning, and Succession Planning. Conduct job evaluations and determine compensation in accordance with the existing company works agreement (GBV). Support the introduction and implementation of corporate-wide strategies, programs, and initiatives. Participate in local and cross-site HR projects. Drive the continuous improvement of existing tools and processes. Maintain a constructive and trust-based working relationship with the Works Council.
Your ideal profile
Successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Business Law, or a related field with a focus on Human Resources, or equivalent qualifications combined with relevant professional experience in the required area. Several years of experience in a generalist and responsible HR role; ideally within an industrial and multinational corporate environment. Strong knowledge of collective bargaining agreements, labor law, tax law, and social security regulations. Excellent communication skills and a confident professional presence. Experience in change management is an advantage. Strong customer and service orientation, commitment, and initiative. Excellent organizational skills and a structured approach to work. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; experience with HR systems, particularly SAP SuccessFactors, is desirable. Competencies
