Job Overview
The Director – Fleet Care is a senior leadership position responsible for shaping and delivering Stellantis UK's Fleet Care and Uptime strategy. Leading a high-performing team, you will drive customer experience, operational excellence, service performance and strategic transformation across our passenger car and commercial vehicle fleet operations. A key part of the role is ensuring fleet customers receive outstanding support while maximising vehicle availability and service efficiency. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across the UK and Europe, influencing strategy, improving customer journeys and developing innovative solutions that strengthen Stellantis' position in the fleet market. This is a highly visible role requiring a strategic leader who can combine long-term vision with strong operational execution, bringing together multiple stakeholders, teams and partners to deliver exceptional results. You are likely to bring: Degree-level education desirable. Significant senior leadership experience within a complex, matrix-led organisation. Strong background in customer experience, aftersales, fleet operations, service delivery or related fields. Proven ability to lead large-scale operational change and transformation programmes. Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, with experience engaging senior leaders and external partners. Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking capability. A data-led approach to decision-making and performance improvement. Experience leading, coaching and developing high-performing teams. Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills. Ability to balance strategic priorities with operational delivery in a fast-paced environment. Project management and regulated industry experience would be advantageous.
