We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Interest Rates Derivatives Sales to join our Corporates Rates Solutions Desk in Global Markets. This role is located in New York, NY. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Collaborate with a team of sales professionals covering Corporate, Alternative Asset Management, Real Estate, Municipal and Wealth clients with a focus on delivering interest rate risk management solutions. Manage and deepen existing client relationships while developing new business opportunities across targeted client segments. Originate, structure and execute interest rate risk management transactions including swaps, caps, treasury locks, forward-starting swaps, swaptions, cross-currency swaps and other hedging solutions. Serve as a trusted advisor to CFOs, Treasurers and Finance teams on balance sheet management, liability management and interest rate risk. Develop and communicate insightful market commentary, macroeconomic perspectives and trade ideas to clients and internal stakeholders. Translate market developments, central bank policy and yield curve dynamics into actionable recommendations for clients. Identify and champion opportunities to expand the franchise through new products, emerging market opportunities, innovative hedging solutions and enhanced client coverage strategies. Take a proactive role in advancing strategic initiatives that support franchise growth, including new product capabilities, expansion into new market segments and development of differentiated client solutions. Partner with Trading, Corporate Banking, Relationship Management, Treasury Services, Debt Capital Markets, Credit and Risk teams to originate opportunities and deliver holistic client solutions. Lead the delivery of data-driven recommendations and strategic insights to clients and internal stakeholders. Leverage subject matter expertise and market knowledge to influence key stakeholders, senior leaders and clients. Coordinate the full lifecycle of derivative transactions, including client onboarding, ISDA documentation, credit approvals and execution. Maintain and develop a robust sales pipeline, identify cross-sell opportunities and contribute to achieving team revenue objectives. Prepare business overviews for assigned coverage areas including pipeline reporting, revenue trends, wallet opportunities and year-over-year analysis. Provide revenue forecasting and business performance reporting while partnering with relevant internal teams to validate results. Mentor junior professionals and contribute to a high-performance, client-focused sales culture. To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: 7+ years of experience in Interest Rate Derivatives Sales, with a preference for corporate risk management and hedging advisory experience. Strong relationships with corporate treasury professionals, including CFOs, Treasurers, Assistant Treasurers and Finance teams. Deep knowledge of interest rate derivatives products, fixed income markets and macroeconomic trends. Strong understanding of corporate debt structures, liability management strategies and treasury risk management practices. Demonstrated ability to formulate and communicate thoughtful market views, generate actionable hedging ideas and advise clients through changing market environments. Deep understanding of client liquidity, financing and risk management needs. Proven ability to originate new business opportunities and grow wallet share across existing and prospective clients. Experience partnering with Corporate Banking, Relationship Management, Treasury Services and Capital Markets teams to drive commercial outcomes. Strong understanding of ISDA Master Agreements, Credit Support Annexes (CSA), collateral arrangements and derivatives documentation frameworks.
