Responsibilities  Develop transformative AI/ML solutions to address our clients' business requirements and challenges  Experience in AI/ML Architecture.  Excellent knowledge on Python  Good Understanding of LLMs and Gen AI technologies. (Azure Open AI, Lang Chain etc.)  Experience in Agentic AI and RAG   Cloud Services - AWS, GCP, Azure and Cloud Native [Any one cloud service is mandatory]   Close the gap between AI research and production to create ground-breaking new products, features and solve problems for our customers with GenAI  Build and implement machine learning models and prototype solutions for proof-of-concept  Scale existing AI models into production on a variety of cloud platforms with GenAI  Analyze and resolve architectural problems, working closely with engineering, data science and operations teams.  Good working knowledge on deep learning and advanced NLP techniques   Analyzing the use cases of ML algorithms and ranking them by their success probability   Should be excellent with Rasa Framework or any other chatbot interface.   Performing statistical analysis and using results to improve models.   Training and retraining ML systems and models in real-world situations     Qualifications we seek in you!  Minimum Qualifications / Skills  Bachelor's degree in computer science engineering, information technology or BSc in Computer Science, Mathematics or similar field  Master’s degree is a plus  Languages and scripting: python, SQL  Cloud Services - AWS, GCP, Azure and Cloud Native   Ensure GenAI outputs are contextually relevant  Familiarity with Generative AI technologies, Design and Implement GenAI Solutions  Collaborate with service line teams to design, implement and manage Gen-AI solution    Preferred Qualifications/ Skills  AI and GenAI Tools  Certifications in AI/ML or GenAI (optional)  Familiarity with generative models, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning techniques to develop innovative AI solutions.  Designing, developing, and implementing solutions tailored to meet client needs.  Understanding business requirements and translating them into technical solutions using GEN AI   Qualifications Certifications Required Skills Generative AI Language English (Required) Language Proficiency - Upper Intermediate - B2 Additional Job Location - Job Type Regular Master Skill List - Advanced Analytics / AI / ML Remote Type - Hybrid Work Shift - Flex Time (India) Why join Genpact? •     Lead AI-powered transformation – Drive innovation and solve real-world business challenges that matter •     Make an impact – Help global enterprises solve business challenges that
