The opportunity The Solution Architect Senior Manager is responsible for designing the Managed Services (MS) deal shape, aiding the Deal Lead in building people, process, and technology operational models and costing. This role includes creating transition plans and service management layers in line with standard EY normative models to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction. Your key responsibilities
Leads end‑to‑end deal structuring and AMS solutioning for large deals, translating client requirements into scalable operating models. Understanding of commercial and pricing benchmarks, including assumptions, productivity levers, and value case. Drives proposal narrative and storytelling, shaping clear, differentiated win themes. Converts complex technical solutions into concise, business-focused messaging. Participate in client orals and presentations, confidently defending solution and commercials. Acts as single point of accountability across solution, pricing, and SMEs. Engages senior stakeholders, handling objections, risks, and negotiations. Continuously embeds automation, AI, and innovation to enhance competitiveness. Lead and/or manage due diligence exercises pre and post contract analysing client’s as-is state, assess risks and commercial impact in best interest of the client and EY. Understand client’s business environment and create compelling value proposition You will be required to make complex decisions factoring delivery capabilities, available client data, advancements in technology and competitive positioning of EY solutions Provide input towards the design of a specific priority managed services offering over the development lifecycle with particular focus on delivery components necessary to deploy a viable solution for our clients

To qualify for the role, you must have
Degree in Business, Finance, Technology IT or related fields 15+ years of relevant industry experience Passion for problem-solving and helping our clients with some of their most complex issues Experience in developing integrated managed services solutions primarily around Tech Ops: SAP, ServiceNow, MS Dynamics, Data & Analytics, App modernization, Gen AI, AI/ML Operations, Guidewire.
