Position Overview: AECOM is looking for the position of Supervisor - QA/QC - Transmission Line, who will perform day-to-day field-quality surveillance, identify process defects, raise quality observations or NCRs and verify effective implementation of corrective and preventive actions.

Conduct stage inspections in accordance with approved ITPs. Verify that work is performed using approved drawings, procedures and materials. Inspect excavation, reinforcement, formwork, stub-setting, concreting, backfilling and tower erection. Inspect stringing, sagging, jointing, hardware, OPGW and earthing works. Verify material traceability, storage, handling and preservation. Review calibration status of inspection and testing equipment. Identify process defects and initiate observations, site-quality notices or NCRs. Monitor segregation, repair, replacement or rectification of non-conforming materials and works. Verify root-cause analyses and implementation of CAPA. Conduct follow-up inspections before recommending NCR closure. Maintain inspection requests, checklists, test reports and quality registers. Monitor recurring quality issues and communicate lessons learned to site teams. Support final inspection, punch-list close-out and quality-dossier compilation. Key Deliverables: Daily quality-inspection reports. Inspection and test records. NCR and CAPA follow-up records. Material traceability records. Punch-list and quality close-out reports.

Minimum Qualification and Experience: Diploma or degree in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Minimum 5 years of QA/QC experience in transmission line projects. Knowledge of inspection checklists, ITPs,
