Join a collaborative treasury team responsible for managing cash activities, executing financial transactions, and providing reporting and analysis that support the company's liquidity and operational objectives. In this role, you will maintain accurate financial records, prepare forecasts, ensure compliance with policies and SOX requirements, and contribute recommendations that enhance treasury processes and effectiveness. What you'll be doing
• Performing treasury activities to support cash, liquidity management and/or statutory requirements. • Executing transactions including wire transfers, ACH payments and investment-related transactions through existing treasury workstation. • Maintaining general ledger accounts; reconciling cash and related transactions; identifying, researching, and resolving discrepancies. • Creating and maintaining reports and providing analysis to internal and/or external stakeholders. • Preparing cash forecasts, explaining variances, and providing analysis and modeling to support evaluation of liquidity decision-making options. • Preparing ad hoc reports, analysis, and research as needed. • Building and maintaining relationships with appropriate internal/external stakeholders. • Resolving issues with internal/external auditors in a collaborative manner. • Performing treasury activities in compliance with policies and principles, internal controls, and SOX. • Identifying treasury issues/concerns and making recommendations to yield more effective operations. What we’re looking for
• 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's) (Minimum Required) • 1 - 3+ Years of experience in Treasury and/or Finance that directly aligns with the specific responsibilities for this position (Required) Application Deadline

The pay range for this position is $55,700 - $100,200 with anticipated pay for new hires between the minimum and midpoint of the range and could vary above and below the listed range as permitted by applicable law. Pay is based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications required for the role. The base pay is just one component of Lincoln’s total rewards package for employees.
