Associate Director - Global Investment Analyst The Global Investment Analyst serves as a key member of the Global FP&A Support Finance team supporting the Global Entities in managing financials end to end and achieving financial objectives. Serving as a key member of the Global FP&A team the Investment Analyst teams with stakeholders in the business and various Finance support structures to provide analytical support, functional expertise, reporting solutions, transaction processing and sharing of best practices. The opportunity This role acts as a single point of contact providing financial information and analysis to stakeholders aligned to the Global Markets & Investments Committee (GMIC). The Investment Analyst communicates with executive level business leaders and is expected to demonstrate an implicit understanding of their clients’ needs. In addition to the Strategic Investments CFO, key customers are GMIC Members and their Designees, Global/ Regional/ Service Line CFOs, their Deputies and Global Controlling teams, among others. Your key responsibilities • GMIC Funding Governance: Own and continuously enhance GMIC funding frameworks, policies, and end to end processes covering budgeting, funding requests, approvals, accounting, and reporting. • Stakeholder Partnership: Act as the primary finance interface for the Strategic Investment CFO, Global/Regional/ Service Line CFOs, GMIC Members and their Designees/ Deputies, Global Cash Management and Policy teams. • Review & Sign-off: Review and sign-off GMIC re-imbursement requests for accuracy, policy compliance, and alignment to approved allocations; support senior level investment decisions. • Subject Matter Expertise: Provide Subject Matter Expertise to help teams navigate through the various aspects of GMIC funding process • Reporting & Forecasting: Support spend vs. budget monitoring, mid year outlooks and forecasts • Audit/ Tax related support: Work with Controlling/ Internal Tax teams to resolve any Audit/ Tax queries • Performance Oversight: Drive enterprise wide portfolio management, monitoring execution, benefits realization, and alignment with strategic and financial targets. • Transparency: Drive transparency through regular reporting to the GMIC and Global Executive on portfolio performance and capital utilization. • Process Improvement & Change: Drive continuous improvements to GMIC funding processes and lead change enablement across regions and functions. • Executive Communications: Prepare executive level materials, guidance, and communications for GMIC and Finance leadership forums. Skills and attributes for success • Preferred candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business administration or similar combined with minimum of 10+ years of relevant financial planning & analysis experience is required to perform this position. • Be able to work in a virtual global organization respecting international cultures and speaking/writing English fluently • Focused on analysis, advice and solutions that drive the continuous improvement of financial performance. • Possesses a deep understanding of the external services offered by the firm and the overall area/regional markets landscape. • Forms and communicates a clear and concise view of financial performance.
