We're seeking a  Senior Manager, Manufacturing Technology  to lead a high-performing team! This team delivers technology solutions and sustains business-critical applications powering our manufacturing operations. This role is located in  Richmond, VA.   In this role, you'll drive strategic technology initiatives, ensure operational excellence, and develop strong partnerships across the business to deliver reliable, scalable, and impactful outcomes.   What you will be doing:

Leading, developing, and mentoring a team responsible for technology solution deployment, application maintenance, incident management, and continuous service improvement across manufacturing environments. Partnering closely with manufacturing leaders, business partners, product owners, and technology teams to align priorities and deliver technology capabilities that support business objectives. Leading all aspects of execution of projects, enhancements, and operational initiatives, ensuring effective management of scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and resource requirements. Driving operational excellence by improving service reliability, support responsiveness, issue resolution processes, and overall user experience. Serving as the partner concern point for critical incidents, production-impacting issues, delivery challenges, and vendor-related concerns, ensuring timely resolution and customer communication.
