Receiver will be responsible for all stock receiving at stores ensuring that all stocks are inspected thoroughly for quality, expiry and count accuracy. They will make sure that the store inventory is properly merchandized and organized on racks, freezers and chillers also they be working in close coordination with suppliers and inventory team Receive incoming stock shipments from suppliers, distribution centre and stores Inspect all deliveries for damages, discrepancies and shortages and report timely to relevant stakeholders Ensuring invoice matching along with price and expiry check for all products Conduct thorough quality checks on fresh and ultra fresh items to ensure all products meet high quality standards Accurate recording on all receivings in warehouse management system Merchandize, replenish and organize the store inventory using First Expire First Out (FEFO) method Ensure putaway of the received stocks on shelves is completed timely with the help of pickers Keep store aisles clear at all time and ensure that no stock is stored on aisles blocking the staff movement Work closely with suppliers, commercial and Inventory team to resolve any shipment related issues Ensure receiving area and store remains clean and well organized Ensure that all logs related to supplier receivings are maintained at the store Effective coordination and collaboration with the inventory team Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in warehousing, stock receivings or inventory management preferably in grocery industry Good communcation and teamwork skills Ability to manage time and priorities in a fast paced environment Familiarity with inventory management system and basic computer skills Capability to handle physical tasks in various store conditions By clicking the link above or any third-party link within this posting, you are leaving this site and going to a third-party website where the third-party website's terms and privacy policy apply I'm interested I'm interested Privacy Notice I'm interested Refer a friend share this job Share to WeChat × Copy the link and open WeChat to share.
