How you’ll make a difference You will contribute to the design and documentation of civil infrastructure projects, with a focus on: Land development and site civil works Bulk earthworks and site grading Road and pavement layouts Stormwater, sewer, water and other utility infrastructure Design documentation, drawings and digital models Coordination of civil designs with other disciplines and existing services Supporting quantity take-offs, design reviews and construction-phase queries Qualifications The following qualifications and experience are highly desired, but if you don’t tick all the boxes you could still be a perfect fit for this role. The qualities that help you thrive : Approximately 5 to 15 years of relevant civil design and drafting experience Strong proficiency in 12d Model and AutoCAD Experience preparing civil design models, drawings and documentation packages Demonstrated experience in land development, bulk earthworks and utilities design A sound understanding of civil construction practices and drawing standards The ability to work independently while contributing effectively within multidisciplinary teams Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality, coordinated documentation An Associate Degree in Civil Engineering, a Civil Engineering Design qualification, or an equivalent technical qualification is desirable. Experience using MicroStation will be highly regarded.
