Strategic Analytics & Insight Lead complex, customer‑ and dealer‑level analyses to inform coverage models, segmentation, growth priorities, and go‑to‑market decisions Translate ambiguous business questions into structured analytical frameworks and fact‑based recommendations Executive & Board‑Ready Outputs Develop concise, insight‑led dashboards, one‑sliders, and presentations for SVP, VP, and board audiences Ensure outputs clearly articulate “so what” implications , trade‑offs, and recommended actions Enterprise Metrics & Dashboards Own and evolve core commercial performance dashboards (e.g., STU, SV, CVA, Aftermarket, Technology adoption) Ensure data integrity, consistency, and alignment across Growth and Core Regions Governance, Pilots & Strategic Initiatives Act as analytics and insight lead for strategic pilots, governance models, and transformation initiatives Support qualification logic, tracking mechanisms, and executive progress reviews Cross‑Functional Leadership Partner closely with Strategy, Sales, Digital, Distribution Services, and regional teams to align insights with execution Serve as a trusted analytical advisor to senior leaders What You Have Accuracy and Attention to Detail : Understanding the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision. Leads discussions and answers complex questions regarding business data analysis software. Defines processes and methods for integrating global models and component reusability. Advocates better communication of data requirements in business data analysis processes to increase the efficiency of data analysis. Consults on modeling, tools, techniques, strategies, and the use of reusable information. Establishes working processes for business data analysis and supervises team progress. Monitors industry and vendor trends and directions of business data analysis technologies. Business Assessment : Knowledge of the activities, tasks,
