Responsibilities
Role Description Join Principal Financial Group as a Process Specialist - DC and be an important member of our Finance/Insurance team in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. You will handle and verify transactions on Pension Application forms while maintaining retirement plan records for our customers. Your work will ensure outstanding efficiency and quality. Reporting relationship This position will report directly to the Associate Manager of Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Prioritize and process daily work to meet ambitious customer service goals. Communicate clearly and effectively in writing with customers regarding complex record-keeping issues, special timing requests, and routine employee data. Implement validated problem-solving techniques to ensure efficient processing on all contracts. Follow internal procedures rigorously to accurately detail work on contracts. Advise the Client Service Associate/Consultant of customer concerns or potential problems promptly. Validate the accuracy of plan and contract records as needed. Maintain a comprehensive and detailed knowledge of our record-keeping system. Build a practical understanding of plans, contracts, and Pension documents, as well as the concepts behind Total Retirement Suite. Perform other job-related duties and special projects as the need arises. Promote team development through shared knowledge and collaboration with team members in resolving unusual or difficult situations. Ensure adherence to Compliance, Information Security, Internal and External statutory, and regulatory requirements. Perform assigned work accurately to meet or exceed quality expectations, resulting in increased client happiness and profitability for Principal Financial Group. Develop partnerships among peers and supported teams to increase ownership of work and sustain an efficient process. Compliance with PGS policies and flexibility as per business needs.
Qualifications
Qualifications Education: Graduate with equivalent experience acceptable, Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (any stream) Abilities Practical experience with MS Office. Minimum of 1-2 years experience in back office roles, with preferred experience in Insurance and Financial Institutions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical skills and the ability to multitask effectively. Willingness to work night shifts. Strong customer service skills. Strong understanding of the Finance Domain and Industry.
