We are seeking an experienced Clinical Data Anaylst - Quality Assurance (Full Time-Days) The Clinical Data Analyst is responsible for collecting, validating, analyzing, interpreting, and reporting clinical quality, patient safety, infection prevention, regulatory, and operational performance data. The position supports hospital-wide quality improvement initiatives, accreditation and regulatory compliance activities, peer review programs, performance improvement projects, and outcomes management through data-driven insights. The Clinical Data Analyst serves as a resource to clinical departments, medical staff, and leadership by developing dashboards, reports, scorecards, and analyses that identify opportunities for improving patient outcomes, safety, operational effectiveness, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Job Duties/Responsbilities: Collect, validate, analyze, and report clinical, financial, quality, patient safety, infection prevention, and operational performance data. Maintain databases and registries required for quality improvement, regulatory reporting, accreditation, and benchmarking programs. Perform statistical analysis and trend analysis to identify opportunities for improvement. Support hospital-wide quality improvement and patient safety initiatives. Analyze performance measures and identify opportunities for process improvement. Participate in multidisciplinary performance improvement teams. Assist departments in developing action plans based on data findings. Monitor and evaluate progress toward organizational quality goals. Provide analytical support for CMS, Joint Commission, Leapfrog, and other quality programs. Assist with development and evaluation of clinical pathways, order sets, and evidence-based practices.
