Our Product Support and Logistics Division (PSLD) is one of the most innovative divisions within Caterpillar. PSLD is responsible for Aftermarket Parts Distribution of Cat Parts, Integrated Logistics and Global Services supporting Caterpillar dealers and customers. The Development Analyst (TEMP) processes and analyzes samples to provide timely results to a variety of internal and external customers, meeting all ISO 9001 quality expectations. This position is responsible for providing analytical sample processing and data review to support SOS SM Services initiatives. Incumbent uses a variety of analytical techniques and wet chemistry to process oil, fuel, and source water and/or coolant samples submitted by customers. Engineers and dealers use results to manage equipment preventive maintenance schedules.

Leveraging a variety of analytical and wet chemistry techniques to process oil, fuel, and coolant samples from all heavy equipment manufacturers across the globe. Developing and maintaining positive relationships with internal and external customers. Adhering to all quality assurance and safety standards.
