The Compensation & Benefits Associate provides transactional and administrative support for compensation and benefits services. The role focuses on processing employee and manager requests related to salary changes, benefits administration, and compensation updates by following defined processes and work instructions. The associate ensures data accuracy, confidentiality, and timely resolution of requests while delivering a high level of customer service. What are we looking for?
