Job Summary
The Associate Solution Architect, D&T Finance requires to collaborate with the Digital and Transformation team in various locations to support IT enabled business solutions for Finance processes. The role involves assistance in system configuration and testing plus production support in alignment with West Digital and Transformation and company policies and procedures. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Possess Basic understanding of the overall vision and business needs and utilizes this knowledge to collaborate with business for detailed business requirements Essential core member of agile sprint team(s) to configure and develop optimal technical solutions / features. Under guidance provide technical delivery of functionality to meet defined business requirements as described in User Stories. Help in providing system support and maintenance in alignment with standards and process set within the ERP Services Delivery model, West policies and procedures as well as Regulatory requirements including but not limited to Sarbanes-Oxley and FDA GMP. Create and maintain system lifecycle documents in accordance with West policies and procedures, including creation and maintenance of SOPs, SOIs and Job Aids. Provide support in system and data monitoring activities. Assist senior team members and supervisors in terms of Incident management activities, data analysis, Idoc and interface monitoring. Work within and participates in the Change Control process. Other duties as assigned Additional Responsibilities
Education
Professional qualification in CA, ICMA, (Final or Intermediate) or Masters degree in Business Administration or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology Work Experience
No min required 0-1 years of related work experience preferred Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Good knowledge of financial accounting, reporting and analysis Basic knowledge of IFRS and other GAAPs, statutory reporting requirement and tax laws Ability to work with MS Office applications especially Excel Good analytical and problem solving skills License and Certifications
SAP certified associate in FICO upon hire preferred Information Technology\Certified Scrum Developer (CSD) Upon Hire preferred Travel Requirements
