THE ROLE
The Truth is seeking a part-time Vinyl Room Supervisor. This position will report directly to the Ancillary Manager. The Vinyl Room Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Vinyl Room and Vinyl Room Rooftop during events, ensuring exceptional guest experience while supporting ancillary sales, inventory management, and team operations. WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO Oversee all show-day operations for the Vinyl Room and Vinyl Room Rooftop Assist the Ancillary Manager with setting up and breaking down displays, signage, tables, tents, and other fixtures as needed Supervise and support the Vinyl Room team throughout each event, ensuring excellent guest service and efficient operations Lead and manage a team of 3+ Vinyl Room staff members during events Conduct pre-shift meetings, communicate assignments, and review show-specific details with the team Partner with the Box Office Manager and Ancillary Manager on ticketed Vinyl Room experiences, guest access, and operational needs Monitor guest flow and maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment throughout all Vinyl Room spaces Assist in resolving guest concerns professionally and escalate issues when appropriate Complete post-show inventory reconciliation, team recap, and communicate feedback and operational opportunities to the Ancillary Manager Fosters positive experiences for guests, staff, and other stakeholders in a manner that establishes the venue as a safe, enjoyable, and supportive environment WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING Passion for delivering exceptional guest service in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Previous leadership, sales, retail, hospitality, or guest services experience preferred Flexibility to work weekday evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY We aspire to build teams that reflect and support the fans and artists we serve.
