As the Manager, Intelligent Automation within WCIB Operations Digital Innovation & Analytics , you'll lead a growing team responsible for transforming how work gets done across Wholesale and Commercial Banking Operations. This is a unique opportunity to build and scale AI-enabled solutions that improve operational efficiency, strengthen controls, enhance employee experiences, and deliver better outcomes for our clients. In this highly visible leadership role, you'll partner with senior business leaders, technology teams, Enterprise AI stakeholders, risk partners, and product organizations to identify, prioritize, and implement innovative solutions leveraging Generative AI, Agentic AI, Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), automation, and advanced analytics.

Lead and evolve the WCIB Operations intelligent automation strategy and delivery portfolio. Build, coach, and develop a team focused on AI, GenAI, document intelligence, automation, and analytics solutions. Partner across Operations, Product, Technology, Risk, Compliance, and Enterprise AI teams to deliver scalable, production-ready solutions. Drive prioritization of initiatives based on business value, risk mitigation, feasibility, and adoption readiness. Translate strategic objectives into actionable roadmaps, operating models, and measurable outcomes. Monitor and communicate portfolio performance, adoption metrics, value realization, and key risks to senior leadership. Identify opportunities to leverage advanced analytics, predictive modeling, automation, and AI to solve complex business challenges. Master's degree in data and technology management, or equivalent work experience Ten or more years of experience in data management and business intelligence in the financial services industry Preferred Skills/Experience Experience building and scaling intelligent automation, AI, GenAI, machine learning, workflow automation, or intelligent document processing capabilities. Strong understanding of advanced analytics, predictive modeling, data management, and business intelligence methodologies. Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale transformation initiatives and drive measurable business outcomes. Experience partnering across business, product,
